Job Description

Summary

The position is responsible for performing janitorial duties for all buildings and related areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned.

Daily Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty all trashcans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary
• Other routine maintenance duties as assigned
• Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times

Qualifications

Experience

Essential Skills:

• Must be capable of maintaining the stamina needed for physical labor
• Knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential
• Pays close attention to detail
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and has friendly demeanor
• Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently and demonstrates excellent time management skills
