The Manager of Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in ensuring that we are bringing in the strongest candidates to join our team. This team member will work closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition Team to support creative recruitment efforts, oversee effective hiring processes, and utilize data. Key roles include supporting talent recruitment by participating in recruitment events and career fairs, posting jobs, creating marketing campaigns, cultivating candidates, and other strategies. The majority of the role focuses on talent evaluation and hiring, including setting and executing hiring strategies, serving as a strategic hiring partner for schools, conducting application reviews and interviews, maintaining hiring systems and data, conducting data analysis to meet hiring goals, and partnering with organizations supporting hiring processes. Additional duties include participating in Home Office and Network Wide events and monthly school support. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, a service mindset, urgency, and a mission-driven approach to change public education. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years of K-12 teaching or education-related talent acquisition experience, belief in student success, and a desire for professional growth as an anti-racist educator. Ideal qualifications include commitment to serving diverse student populations.
