JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for outsourcing, recruiting, and assisting in the hiring of physicians in accordance with the needs set for by the Medical Staff Development Committee. Works with and takes care of current medical staff's needs. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree Minimum Work Experience 2 years experience in healthcare or other business setting Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Deals effectively with community and consumers Deals effectively with hospital personnel Demostrates leadership in Medical Staff Affairs Requires ability to handle confidential information Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times Exceptional organizational skills Hendrick Health
